We now have two installations where this occurs.
When the mains power goes off the bellbox sounds until the power comes back on.
This occurs whether the system is armed or security off.
In both cases a charged battery is connected (obviously)

Any ideas?

Could it be that there is a response to trigger siren assigned in the Alarm Types >> Power Fail ?

An explanation of how the power failure and low battery conditions are handled is described below
Each Slave has its own independent battery charger and monitor, as well as Comfort
Each power supply (Comfort as well as slave) is able to supply 1 A to external devices, so if 5 slaves are used, a total of 6 A can be supplied from Comfort.  This allows the current to be distributed between the Slaves and Comfort instead of having a large power supply on the central controller

What happens when there is Power Failure and Low Battery depends on the Alarm Types

Power Failure is alarm type 8. The Siren Type determines how the siren behaves
eg if the alarm should dial out to which combinaton of 8 phone numbers, strobe, siren etc
In the default shown below, the siren type assigned to Power Failure alarm type is "Short Trouble".

The Siren Type for Short Trouble is shown belowThis is a pulsed siren on the keypads without sounding on the bellbox for 10 seconds). It is used for all trouble alarms including Low battery, zone trouble, RS485 Communications failure

The BELL Output checkbox determines if the siren will activate the bellbox. By default it is not checked
Hence in your case where the bell turns on when there is power failure, you may have changed the Siren Type assigned to Power Failure or you may have changed the Short trouble Siren Type bell enable

The same applies to Low Battery which is alarm type 7
Low Battery alarm will occur when the battery voltage drops to 11.5 Volts which should occur when there is no AC power for many hours

I hope this gives a better understanding of the behaviour of the system under low batery and power failure
