Looks nice though if it were me I'd worry, given that they probably have a 10 year lifespan, I'd have some big holes to plasterboard over in in 10 years time when I cant get the same replacements again to fit in those voids! 

Or are they an industry standard size?

We also fit non Hochiki CO sensors in the same recess base so I think most circular sensors would fit.
