Hi,
I have last Eth2 firmware version.
Having Homeseer 2 and trying the pjccomfort plugin (which is not so far), I am checking my config with Tibbo DS manager. I can see the blue icon and my device set up at the right ip address, but mostly of the time, checking the settings give me an error message " no response from this device", while at the same time I can connect with Wizcomfort without a single problem.
Any idea?
Is anyone running HS and the pjc plugIn?

But for now, I 'd like to solve my DS mabager problem first.
Tried with the blast version of DSmanager, but my Eth2 device is still not found. The firewall is off and my eth2 is on the same bridge where is my pc.
But again, wiz comfort still able to work with eth2!

If wizcomfort is able to work with ETH02 then DS Manager must be able to find it
Try using DS Explorer from http://www.cytech.biz/device_explorer.html?category_id=98 and see if the ETH02 can be seen
Also try reinitialising the ETH02 using the SW101 button as described in the UCM Manual
SW101 (ETH02)
Pushbutton switch for reinitializing ETH02 to programming mode in case
firmware is corrupted.- Power off UCM/ETH02.
- Press and hold SW101 switch.
- Power on UCM/ETH02.
- Release the SW101 switch after at least 7 seconds upon powered on.
- The Green LED on RJ45 connector will turn steady on and D101 red LED will
- be flashing when the Ethernet cable is plugged in.
- Run Device Explorer software and refer to Device Explorer Software section

Hi,
I tried again this sequence. No Change.
Explorer was ble to find the eth2, but this time the IP adress was wrong (1.0.0.1).
I downloaded the firmware 3.13 again , the eth2 rebooted and explorer shown eth2 with the right IP address. With DS manager, Eth2 is also appearing with the blue icon, but when I try to check the settings, a red arrow appears in front of the device, and I got an error message saying "no response from this device" , but wizcomfort is still communicating with comfort!

Can you show the screenshot with the error message?
If wizcomfort and Comfigurator are working with the ETH02 then there should be no problem with it although we do not know why you get the error.
I suggest using another PC with DS Manager and see if you see the same thing
