Hi all,
I would welcome some help here if you can with the following setup.
Comfort Gen2 (7.046
UCM Ethernet
UCM Cbus
KP06
KP04
DSM02 x2
The two DSM02's are a new addition and seem to be causing all manner of odd behaviour.
The KP04 has stopped being recognised by the comfigurator software and displays the incorrect time
Initially I was getting communications errors every time I plugged in the DSM boards but after re-reading the manual and moving shunt J1 this is no longer an issue (nothing is connected to the bell connection)
Now the DSM modules appear at least to co-exist with comfort but also aren't showing up in the comfigurator software either - the modules tab shows them as not being found, not sure if this is what should happen?
I haven't tried them with a door station as haven't got that far with it yet.
Most troubling is why one of my keypads is suddenly acting strange when I haven't touched it.
Any thoughts/help would be greatly appreciated
Regards
Paul

After much searching I found an article that has enabled me to get all of the modules happily coexisting - however I am still struggling a bit with the door modules.
I cannot get it to a ring a phone at all - if I pick up the phone the message are being played etc and I can talk to the intercom etc but the phones refuse to ring.
Do I need to program Comfort to know it has an RGR05 or does it just know?
If have reduced the phones to one basic one and it still doesn't work so would be grateful of help
Thanks
Paul

If the phones do not ring, it may be due to the RGR05 or the way it is connected
See instructions on the forum http://www.comfortforums.com/forum86/3173.html
When the doorbell rings, you should hear some relay clicking in Comfort. This means the ringing voltage is applied to the TEL OUT
