Hi

My system has two magnetic contacts which are labelled as 4k7. They measure 4k7 on open and about 9k2 on close of the magnetic contact.

Comfort input is configured as double EOL.

Comfort always sees this input as "on", regardless of open or closed door/window. Opening or closing the door/window however does always trigger a "zone on" event.

How can I get this input to be correctly seen as open or closed?

Steef

Comfort double EOL requires aa 2k2 resistor in series and 4k7 in parallel

Do you mean that the magnetic contact has built-in EOL resistors? Thhat means that the contact was designed for some other system which can accept these values. You need to be able to remove the 4K 7 series resistor and use the 2K2 series resistor provided with Comfort. Or get  another magnetic contact
