I was using two keypads, one KP04 and one KP05 without any problem. I replaced these keypads with two keypads KP06. I have a problem with the new keypads. When some of the zones are triggered instead of the programmed name of the zone being displayed on the LCD, it is displayed LOUNCH LOUNCH
LOUNCH LOUNCH
The speakers announce the correct phrase during security check.
I did not have this problem with the KP04/KP05.
When I update the text of the keypads (*1) or when I reset comfort, the problem is resolved to appear again later.
FIRMWARE VERSIONS
7.033 COMFORT II ULTRA
6.007 KP06
I have updated to 7.040 and now to 7.042 without any changes.
The language I am using is Greek.
Any solution?
I have used the vocust.cfg, vocab.cfg and the customised Greek word list that Marinos from BIAS Ltd has sent me in order to configure the COMFIGURATOR for the Greek dictionary and then I re-transferred the cclx file to Comfort. The problem was solved.
MANY THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT.
I am having a similar problem as hinis with the activated zone status that is being shown on the keypad (KP-06). I am using the standard "English residential" vocab.
Originally posted under "responses and actions" but then found this, so sorry for the duplicate post.
When I first upload the configuration all triggered PIR's will show correctly on the panel, However, after some time the display will revert to showing "kitchen kitchen kitchen kitchen " no matter what PIR or door is triggered.
I have checked the config thoroughly but cannot see any errors. Is this a bug in the system? and if so is there a work around?
I am using version 3.7.8.0 of the configurator.
On another subject - should I be able to ping the comfort from my PC via the eth3 module? I am managing to communicate with the Comfort via the configurator without any problems, but was just wondering if ping responses were blocked somehow?
