It seems like there is not a Siri API to allow developers to use Siri in 3rd party apps yet

I think until there will be a public Siri API we could have a separate app for that. As I'm an iOS developer I have almost finished an alpha version of such an app.
Screenshot is attached

A few years has passed since I've posted about that idea and Apple has made a HomeKit. I came back to this idea to control everything over Siri. It seems now it is much easier to do that.

Someone has built a nodejs server for HomeKit support that you can run on raspbbery pi: https://github.com/nfarina/homebridge
I've just built a plugin for that server to support Comfort. It is possible to get via npm: https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebridge-comfort
Currently it supports only turning on/off lightbulbs.

That is really interesting!
Do you have any screenshots?

How far do you  expect to take this development?
Would you like us to cooperate or assist in this?

There is no separate application it works with the Apple's Siri. All this stuff is just to support apple's HomeKit framework. That means you are able to use any app from the AppStore that also supports HomeKit. There are a few of them there. Also Apple is introducing with their own app for home control so it should be possible to use it also.

Yeah, sure, we could cooperate. It's always easier to work together.
