Hi I have got 4 internal pir sensors and no door contacts. The pir in downstairs passage is next to the keypad. This sensor is set as PIRnightAway with Entry Path set to yes. Both entry time and exit time is set to 30 seconds and entry warning time is set to 5 seconds. Away arming method is set to 'after exit delay'.

my problem is that I can arm the alarm ok, but when I enter the house and the Downstairs PIR detects me the outside bellbox siren alarm goes off, as well as keypad alarm. There is no 30 second entry time or entry warning time delay. The siren goes off the instant I enter the house, giving me no time to disarm alarm from keypad.

note I have no entry door sensor installed which is why I have set away arming to arm after exit delay. Also all downstairs pirs are set as PIRnightAway but only the passage one has entry path set to yes.

I know under the zone type PIRNightaway, the 'away' setting is set to immediate. Is this what I need to change? But shouldn't the entry time of 30 seconds take precedence over this?

Dont mix up Entry Path with Entry Door
Only an Entry Door starts the Entry Delay.
During the Entry Delay, any Entry Path zones will not cause an alarm

If an Entry Path zone is activated before an Entry Door is opened, there will be an immediate alarm

One of the zones must be an ENTRY DOOR zone type so that it can start an entry delay

It is not good practice to have all PIRs without a door contact for the main exit/enrty door

What confused me is that under that option it states 'Each installation should have an Entry door which should not be shared with any other sensor' but it then states 'if there is no Entry door set Away Arming method to Arm After Exit delay' ?

So do I need to buy and install a door contact for it to work properly?

I cant just use just it with wall PIRS by setting the downstairs passage PIR as a different zone type such as 'EntryDoor'', which has entrydoor option ticked, and just changing the 'day' option to disabled?

It is highly recommended that there is an entry door

You can make so without an entry door contact by assigning one of the PIRs as entry door Zone Type which starts the entry delay - no need to change any parameters on the entry door zone type . That would work, but for better security a magnetic contact on the entry door is much better compared to all PIRs.
