There is now a Product Registration service on the Cytech website. http://www.cytech.biz/
Go to the Support menu and select Product Registration, or go direct to http://www.cytech.biz/user_login.php
This allows you to register you Comfort Products, and enter the serial numbers and your details including your installer
This will register the products for warranty.
You can also optionally upload your cclx files to the server. The advantage of this is so that the cclx file can be retrieved in future if anything happens to it. It will assist installers and users in recovering the file for their system
New customers will be asked to register, but old customers can also register their existing products
If there are any problems please feedback on the forum as this is a new system

I am having difficulty using this facility though I have used it successfully before. When entering the serial number and pressing enter or moving to another field, the product description does not appear. Also, there doesn't seem to be a Save or Execute button to complete the entry.

That’s working fine now thank you.
I seem to have added one product twice but can’t see a way of deleting one.

Z999999 is not a valid serial number. It was written incorrectly
Can you check the serial number on the label starting with C.... or P....?

Hi,
With in Comfigurator the serial number for mine states its invalid. Is that normal? also the serial numbers for all my UCM's/slaves/door station/keypads etc state, unassigned, invalid or not supported by firmware.
Thanks.

Not all products have the serial number preprogrammed as that proces is slowly being implemented
it may have unassigned meaning the serial number is not assigned, or Invalid meaning there was some data which is not recognised
In such cases please see the serial number label n the product starting with C or P with 6 digits to register the product
