I cannot enable engineer mode to allow me to use TCP to download the program.

This has worked fine in the past. E.g. F 0 from a keypad.

How about going in to the User Menu -> Program Menu? Does that work?

Hi,

I believe that you were confused by the User Manual. That page refers to the Program Menu. To access the Program Menu, you would need to:

1) Sign in with your code

2) Press "9" for Program Menu (which I believe was missed)

3) Press 3 for "Security Settings"

4) Press "4" for "Engineer Sign-in Options"

5) Press "1" to enable Engineer Mode.

Might be a case of accidental removal of the response assigned to that key.
