I will send the file to Cytech I have noticed that after a fire alarm activation the LCD display reads PHONE 0 or PHONE18. This does not clear when security off. It does clear when a full reset takes place. Anybody else have similar behaviour.. Maybe because the system was old firmware..... |

It is always advisable to upgrade to the new firmware, otherwise you may be chasing a bug which was already fixed The Event log should show exactly what the alarms are |
