I decided it was about time I upgraded my keypad, so upgraded to KP04 (Firmware 1.017, Comfort II Ultra with firmware 6.027, UsbUcm 6.008) over the weekend.

I must say, it looks better and shows way more than my old keypad.

There is one issue though. After successful Text Synchronisation, when I go into the event log, what the keypad shows and says are two different things, e.g Zone Bypass is displayed as such, but spoken out as "Zone Trouble".

What could be causing this?

The vocabulary version in your Comfort is probably not upgraded to the latest Version 36
Check the System Vocabulary version in Transfer > System Information
Ultra 6.027 expects the latest vocabulary
You can upgrade the vocabulary using Comfigurator > Transfer > Upgrade Vocabulary
However if it is not a big problem I suggest  that you leave it alone
Vocabulary upgrade takes more than 20 minutes and if there is an interruption of the transfer it needs to be done all over agan, or if it is not successful for any reason thehn the voice is lost

Try doing *1 on the keypad to sync the text on the keypad with the vocabulary

I did that again today, and still the problem persists.

We have confirmed a bug in ULT 6.027 firmware in the announcement of the Event Log. The LCD display of the event log is correct as well as the Event Log read by Comfigurator
Please upgrade to the attached firmware
