Have a Comfort System utlising: Panel (8001/E); RGR03; KP02; KP03-WI; DP01.

Not sure whether this is coincidental, but recently (after adding KP03?) my keypad KP02, has stopped beeping when I enter the house, and system is armed.

Any ideas as to why? Not a huge issue, but if I arm the system before I go out and one of the family returns before me, the inevitable alarm sounds before they realised the system was armed.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Iain

Check that the IDs of the KP02 and KP03 are different, and the Number of Keypads in Comfort is 2

Is the volume control of the KP02 turned all the way down? This has been the cause of several issues regarding no keypad voice

Does the keypad have other tones, eg Trouble tones when you disconnect the telephone line

Try writing the configuratuon again to Comfort

Thanks for the reply ident. I'll check as suggested.
However, the beeps are present on exit and the voice "please exit" is loud enough.
