An application note and cclx file showing how Rako Controls can be interfaced to Comfort using the Universal UCM is available from http://www.cytech.biz/rako_interface_application_note.html?category_id=124 The RAV232 Interface from Rako is connected to the universal UCM + RS232M submodule via a straight RS232 male to female DE9s This is a good example of how the Universal UCM can be configured to interface to 3rd party systems. The cclx file has the sample program described in the application note Last edited on Saturday Dec 22nd, 2012 01:24 am by ident |

Hi Ident - my system is live with the 2 way - what do you need? It works rather well, I use various RAKO keypas to be able to open the drive gates via comfort - and also a combination of key presses in the hall and master bedroom to arm the system at night. I also have the Rako Switches set a counter for light levels etc. Stuart Last edited on Sunday Jul 8th, 2012 10:25 pm by schford |

Perhaps a sample cclx file for two way that is proven to work? We can use that in the application note for two way control |

The Application Note for Rako RAV232Plus bidirectional Interface and a sample cclx file can be downloaded from http://www.cytech.biz/rako_interface_application_note.html?category_id=124 The screenshot shows how the Rako Commmands are saved in the Universal template in Commands to Device so these commands can be sent to Rako using Responses Last edited on Tuesday Nov 27th, 2012 11:20 am by ident |
