Greetings,
i am having problems with the Comfort Infrared learner running on the
Comfigurator software (v3.3.3.0). So far i have tried these remote controls
1.) DAIKIN: ARC452A3 (Air conditioner)
2.) SAMSUNG: AA59-00466A (TV)
3.) Unknown remote: (Projector)
I have tried every button on those remote controls, but the Infrared
learner was not able to learn and save any of the IR codes i have sent
to its receiver on the UCM/ETH02 module. Every time i get the same
error message (see attachment).
When i start the IR learning process, the BUSY1 LED turn on. Then after pressing
a button on the remote control, the BUSY2 LED blinks, followed by the D12 LED
and the ERR LED.
Am i doing something wrong? What is the solution?Attachment: IR error message.bmp (Downloaded 53 times)

No... Sorry, but it doesn't help. The problem stays the same, always the same error message. I don't know if it matters, but the UCM/Eth2 boards bear these markings:
UCM board: PC01-066A
Ethernet board: PC01-090A

We have verified that the UCM/ETH02 may have this problem when learning long IR Signals due to a limitation in the size of the ETH02 buffer. Our engineers are studying the problem
Are you using the UCM/ETH02 for the iPhone app? If not we can send a different firmware which may not have this problem but it not suitable for the iPhone app temporarily

No, we don't use iPhone app. Please send the other firmware. Is this firmware to be flashed by DS manager APP, or by Comfigurator?

Greetings,
i am using Tibbo Device Explorer (see attachment) to upload the new firmware. After selecting the programmable TiOS Device, pressing the UPLOAD button, selecting the
"Load Firmware Through the Network" option and browsing the new firmware file a
warning window pops out (see attachment) indicating that the chosen firmware might not be compatible with the selected device. I did not proceed with the firmware upload.
Is it safe to do this firware upload? Is there another firmware version that is
compatible with this UCM/ETH02 module?
