Hi,
Been doing a bit of a refurb at home, and as part of it have removed all my x10 hardware and replaced it with velbus, and installed the ucm/velbus so that it could be integrated with comfort. Thought my experience might be of use to others, so have put together a bit of an overview and attached it for anyone who would be interested.
Regards,
Eamon

I'd like to say thanks for the time and effort you put into your guide. As a fellow self installer it is very useful to gain insights into how others have done it!
Unfortunately I'm not able to install a centrally controlled bus lighting system as I would need to completely re-wire. So I'm sitting on the fence until z-wave can prove it can provide a reliable and cost effective solution.
Thanks again!

Hi Duborg, thanks for the feedback, glad you found it informative. Are you using x10 at the moment ? Last edited on Tuesday Apr 17th, 2012 10:20 pm by wexfordman
