i had 5 TWS modules connected on lighting loads with consumption varied between 0.7Amp  to 3 Amp, those current sensor of TWS can not sense any current and there is no sensitivity jumper there, so any suggestion for diagnosing or troubleshooting that issue.
thanks

Did you try looping the wires through the TWS again to double the sensitivity?

Only 1 wire, ie the live wire should go through the current sensor not both live and neutral

How was the zone programmed, as Normally Open switch?

Do a Security Check F3,2 to anounce all zones that are on, including the TWS02 ones

If still have problems send a photo of the TWS02 connected

thanks for useful help,
the situation now is:
7 Tws out of 10 was connected to slaves and LEM's and wasn't identify as Normal Open contact, it works after we changed the setting.
3 TWS out of 10 was connected to RIO, but did not work, we tried to double the turns even tripling it, but it didn't work as will ( sure only life wire go through).
it works when we connect external current with the normal senstivity without any turns duplication.
so any suggestion about those 3?
appreciated, thanks

I am not sure what the above sentence means. Is that referring to the 7 TWS connected to SEM/LEM?

Can you check the state of the RIO input when the current is on, eg

in Monitor I/O type I?51 where 51 hex is RIO ID 1 Input #1 (assuming RIO #1 Input 1 has TWSD connected to it)

The reply should be I?5101 if ON and I?5100 if OFF

I just want to check if the RIO Input is really reporting off or on
