Tuning parameters affect the performance of the Door Station. The default tuning parameters are optimised for the best performance on Door stations. If the Comfort system is an older one, the default tuning parameters may not be the same as newer systems Hence it is advisable to write new default tuniing parameters into Comfort Please upgrade Comfigurator to the latest version, currently 3.4.0 see forum at http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/ Connect to Comfort, do File > New and load a default template. DO NOT use your current cclx file which may not have the latest tuning parameters Go to the menu select Transfer > Write Selective.. Wait for 10 to 20 seconds for the Selective write selection window to appear Check box for Tuning Parameters and press OK This writes the default tuning parameters to Comfort After doing a selective write to Comfort, you need to save the new tuning parameters to your cclx file Open your cclx file, then do a Selective Read and choose Tuning Parameters. This loads the new tuning parameters from Comfort into your cclx file Now save the cclx file |
