My alarm went off today due to a Line Cut - I use a 3rd party GSM modem as my phone line and it looks like that has failed. As this is a remote holiday home I can't do anything about that for another month, but have been able to access the system through both Comfigurator and WizComfort via remote access to an onsite computer.

Using Comfigurator I have set the "Ignore Linecut" flag, and rebooted Comfort. However when I now try to arm with Comfigurator I get an immediate Arm Fail but with no more details (I have firmware 5.145)

Is there anything else I should do to get the security back on?

Thanks

Pete

It looks like you have Disabled "Force Arm" rather than enabled "Ignore Line Cut"
Ignore Line cut should not reult in arm failure

Read the event log, as it may give you some information
If you still have problem, send the cclx file and event log to suport@cytech.biz

Thanks to Chiu this is now sorted - and quite simple.

WizComfort cannot do a "remote" Arm to Away since it only replicates a standard keypad. This means that after Arming Comfort still waits for the Entry Door zone to trigger to show you have left the building, which never occurs and then causes the ArmFail.

Chiu managed to arm to Night mode fine, and then I have managed to get it into Away mode using an AutoArm routine.

Thanks Chiu

Pete
