I have a Comfort II Ultra system.

I have an outputs on an LEM (8 input /8 output) connected to the main motherboard.  I use this output for lighting control by pulsing a relay (TWS).
 This outputs don't work.

I measured the voltage between the common centre terminall of the terminal block (which is at 12V) and the output itself, then I see 0V when the output is ON and 0V when the output is off.

Any assistance you could provide in assisting me to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

If you are pulsing the output then you may not be able to be fast enough to measure the voltage with a multimeter
Did you try to turn ON  the output and then measure the voltage across the output and the centre 12V? I need to make sure if that is what you are doing rather than pulse the output

The Outputs may be damaged if the output terminal is connected to 12V while the output is turned on, although the resetable fuse may protect it

If you still think the output is damaged then change the OP output board which can be plugged out and exchanged with another one from a LEM or SEM

I turned ON the output and then measured the voltage across the output and the centre 12V
then I see 0V when the output is ON and 0V when the output is off

I exchanged the output board with another one from a New LEM
then the outputs worked correctly .

Outputs may be damaged when the output is turned on but the output terminal is shorted to 12V, for example
This is why we designed the board with OP1 pluggable so it can be replaced without affecting the main Comfort board and having no down time for the customer
