I upgraded to the previous version 3.2.8 when it came out and have since had an error message every time I loaded my file. I have put up with this until loading the latest 3.3.1, thinking it was a bug, but still get the same error message with 3.3.1..... ''The number of modules defined in Modules & Settings does not match the modules list under the modules tab. Please do a scan for all modules to determine the number of each module type connected to comfort.''
When I try to scan I get this message...... ''Comfort or UCM firmware does not support scan function''
Do I need to upgrade the UCM firmware in order to correct the error or is it a bug in both versions of the software?
In the modules tab it is saying '0' Keypads, when there are 4, '0' Door stations when there are 2 listed and '0' SCS/RIO when there are 3

As the message says, some of the modules firmware are too old to support scannning eg KP. DP etc, hence Scanning will not work
You can manually Add the module in the modules tab by right clicking on the module and Add the keypad, or SCS
It is a good idea to upgrade the UCM firmware if it is less than 6.xxx as this allows you to upgrade its own firmware and other modules as well
You should also upgrade the Comfort firmwware to the latest 6.xxx as it allows its own firmware and other modules to be upgraded through the Comfort Bus
Do anoher scan after upgrading the Comfort and UCM
