I Installed Comfigurator 3 And Got the Following

Exception while reading vocab.cfg:

There is a file missing from comfigurator 3.28 the missing file is here http://www.cytech.biz/comfigurator.html?category_id=98

Have you tried a full reset of the comfort? remove battery and mains power. This has worked for me when a UCM has stopped working.

Read the event log and check what happened to cause the alarm
Before you read the event log make sure you load the ccl file in Mindit or Comfigurator
If you have problems understanding the contents send the event log file to support@cytech.biz

Got new Radio Response unit For My Alarm today. A Lower Wattage aS It Would Make A Noise On All the Speakers mounted in the roof. And Alos it Would Reset The Alrma Panel Randomly Via RF !!!! The Technian From the Alarm Company Acrually Showed me By Moving the Transmitter 1 meter Further it Stops interference . i Suspect that This Has Damaged the C-Bus UCM And Have ordered A new unit.. lets See From There...
