Battery not charging on comfort 2

Hi Guys,

I have a comfort 2 system at a clients home that is not charging the battery.

When I measure the voltage coming from the panel it is only 2 volts.

There are 2 components on the board above the battery connector (see attached) that look like little blown globes. (All black and discoulored on the inside)

Does anybody know what these things are and could they be responsible for the battery not being charged.

I can solder in new ones but have no idea what to get. (specifications of the component)

Please help!

These are the 2 bulbs which  limit the charging of the battery
If they are blown then the battery cannot be charged
We have changed dthe design to use different current limiting devices
Can you send  an email to support@cytech.biz with your details, we can send you some of thhese components
