OK what i'm suggesting there is that
- iphone app
- wiz comfort
- KT03
- home server
- web interface
Should all make an effort to standardise on - well as much as possible... graphics; tabs buttons anything...
Take a look at all of these devices and you will see what i mean!
I know that what i am suggesting here will never be a perfectly smooth transition BUT there currently appears to be absolutely NO continuity between anything...

I've just set up wiz comfort for a customer again today.. This is an important discussion and nobody appears to have any views ......
Surely continuity of graphical design is paramount to the overall impression of Comfort.
Currently there is none.
With an iphone app about to be released that has no esemblence to any of the other software programs should this subject not be at the top of your list!

No, not correct
Wizcomfort 1.9.x is in beta for about 1 year. The previous version 1.4.6 was the released version
The reason the latest software is still beta is that we have no feedback so far

OK Now you have bought this up i have an issue here.
Either its Beta or its NOT the Cytech.biz web site gives no indication of it being beta. Perhaps I should charge for the site visit ive just made diagnosing IP camera faults with Wiz comfort!

OK
So point me to where I'm supposed to find this out?
I clearly indicates that Wiz comfort 1.9 is beta in this listing.
The comfort.biz web site clearly allows you to download wiz comfort 1.9 withouit any indication that it is beta!

The beta version is indicated on the website
On a large issue if you are going to ask to be paid when any problems are encountered then you will have problems with Comfort and any other products you use
Cytech has been more than ready to assist on any problems and respond to requests for support. It should be a two way business

Thanks for adding that - perhaps you may like to do the same for the iphone app which does indicate 'beta' but not until you are into the forth paragraph and then it does not actually mention BETA!
"This initial version is for testing and feedback, leading to a final release".

Back to the original point of this message.
In designing products and software I think it is important to follow a graphical theme and I don't simply mean putting the logo in the top corner.
simple things like a button should in my humble opinion be the same style/graphic....in wiz comfort, on the phycisal keypads, on advertising, in comfigurator.
This is part of what gives a product its identity and creates a brand.

So as wiz comfort is back on the drawing board is it possible to take a look at all the points listed in the above post?
