Has anyone experience this problem: when you touch an icon a square appears at the point you touch which makes the icon to disappear. Touching the screen at various points creates a lot of blank squares making the screen unusuable. To clear the blank squares you have to go to another page and come back.

Hello, before installing the keypad to the customer we upgraded it to firmware 1.007.
Could you please confirm that the firmware you suggested (1.010) fixes this problem since we would like to visit the customer and provide a solution rather than go there and experiment.
Thanks!

Hi, Marinoss, version 1.010 is mainly for fixing the problem happened in portrait setting. Please download from http://www.cytech.biz/kt03_firmware.html
The problem you mentioned never happens in landscape setting, but may happen in portrait in some cases. If your setting is portrait, version 1.010 can solve the problem, anyway, we suggest the customer always use the latest version, and we will provide the customer more easier way to upgrade the firmware in the near future!Last edited on Saturday Apr 9th, 2011 09:44 am by
