Selective Write to Comfort has a problem. The last line of the selective write may not be written completely when followed by an automatic reset by Comfigurator, eg Zone Types, Modules and Settings, Tuning Parameters, Modules Tab
This is because Comfigurator resets Comfort before the last Selective write line has been transferred to Comfort.
For example, for Selective Write of Zone Types, Zone Types 25 to 31 do not get written before Comfort resets.
This does not affect Selective Write for items where Comfigurator does not automatically reset Comfort, eg Alarm Types, Responses, Control Menu, Events
The workaround is the do a Full Write
This affects all versions of Comfigurator until 3.2.7
It will be fixed in the next version

Could this affect a UCM/Universal 'Write to EEPROM' or a 'Write to KT03' when they have their configs downloaded? Both of these reset the respective UCM or Keypad after a download but it does not reset Comfort itself.

It should not have the same problem with a write to UCM/Universal because of a different mechanism of doing the write
