How are the IRR connected to Comfort

The IRR01 must be connected to the RIO01 inputs , not to Comfort, LEM or SEM inputs
Please see the RIO01 manuals which can be downloaded from http://www.cytech.biz/rio_manual.html?category_id=110
The RIO must be in Modules and Settins in Comfigurator

Yes The IRR Is conected to a RIO input.
The problem Should Be In The RIO or In All The IRR?? Logically.

Sorry to configure rc01 commands i shall use configurator?
Thanks

Check the IRRs are connected correctly to the RIO inputs - they have polarity

The IR Received Responses must be programmed to activate a response

What exactly is not working?
Note that the keypad keys on the RC01 will work when pointed at a Keypad, not when pointed at the IRR01

The last point you mentioned ... RC01 is not supposed to work when we point it to the infrared receivers???
Comfigurator is the software I should use to program responses?

The wire is long ... is there a way to find out wich wire is the respective one of the Infrared Receiver ... Sorry asking such easy questions but a professional installed this and then he left me with no support so now I´m trying to get the system.

Thanks

I tried to connect it directly to the RIO it didnt work ... The 12V and IR in any input and the GND in one of those separate 2 input.

The keypad part of the RC01 only works when pointed at a keypad, not at the IRR01

If you use the RC01 pointed at IRR01 connected to the RIO01 then you must program the IR Received Responses. The RIO manual can be downloaded from http://www.cytech.biz/rio_manual.html?category_id=110
It is essential to read this as it showns how the IRR01 are connected and how to program the IR Receiver Responses corresponding to the Scene and Room buttons on the RC01
