I am on ENTRY, trying to remote access to the user menu, but the COMFORT doesn't answer or ask me sign in, even after 10 rings i have configured. My phone line split to one ASDL, another one to Comfort Tel in, then TEL out connect to the house phone. ASDL is working ok, house phone is also ok. Sometimes the house phones have a problem which prevent the system from answering Disconnect the house phones from TEL out and see if the system will answer the call |

Hi Chiu I tried: - Unplugged phone, not working - Unplugged TEL OUT, not working too. Any other possibility? Thanks //ps |

The Comfort PCB is probably faulty. Comfort I Entry version was phased out more than 6 years ago. Please return it for repair or upgrade |

You can return the board to whoever you bought it from originally. Any Comfort dealer whould be able to accept the board for repair/upgrade. |
