Yes still comissioning G1 units -

I have a G1 that I cannot get to recognise the *

It not the phone we are using our test phone and its ok with other installations - out of ideas has have changed some of the settings and NOTHING. It does NOt even respond when dialing in!

Does it answer the phoine at all but there is no voice
Is there any voice from the keypad at all

If the system works on remote phone and not on local phone, you can try changing the polraity of the telephone wres into TEL IN

I can get NOTHING from either the internel telephone extensioins OR by dialing in.

All Connections are OK and tel polarity is correct (we have a polarity tester).

 

I will be on site in next couple of days - I'm going to change the main CPU and see if another board works.
