For those of you that need remote access to a KT03's USB interface to change the Page Programming, here is a solution.
I found that a Belkin F5L009 USB Device Server works perfectly for this purpose. After installing the software I connected my KT03 to a spare USB port and clicked the 'Connect' button. Once the KT03 is connected to your PC it looks like a transparent connection from within Comfigurator. If you now want to Read/Write to the KT03 Page memory, you still need to select your KT03's individual USB ID and voila, all done. I tried several operations of reading and writing without any problems.
The only challenge is how to connect the USB connector inside the KT03 enclosure without having to remove the front bezel. Worst case scenario is that you need to ask someone local to remove the bezel, connect the usb cable and then you can remotely make your changes. The best option would have been if the USB port was mirrored on the rear of the keypad as well.
