I'm having a strange behaviour from all of my 3 KP04s.

It seems that none of them is able to display the first character of the Month. For instance, in the picture I'm attaching to this message, it should read "21 Set 10" and not "21 et 10".

I suspect it has something to do with the language in use (Portuguese) and it seems intermittent. For instance when I press the Away button to arm the system the missing character appears and stays on.

Is this a known issue?

No, we have never encountered such problem before.

Where did you get the Portuguese vocab file from?
Or can you send the file to support@cytech.biz so we can try to duplicate the problem with the same file as yours?

Also, what is your keypads' firmware version?
You can see the version by pressing # and 9 keys on keypad together.
e.g. ID#1    Ver 1.08

The vocab I think is the default one...
At least I didn't go anywhere to get it. Just configure the system to Portuguese and the Keypads downloaded the necessary bits when connected for the first time.

The firmware version is 1.08e

We have been unsuccessful so far in duplicating your problem with Portuguese vocab and keypad v1.08e.
Can you see if there are some other patterns/sequences that have higher chances in triggering this intermittent issue apart from arming the system to away mode like what you mentioned in the first post?

Also, can you send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz?
Perhaps there are some settings on it that contribute to this issue.
