Trouble with speech and led a keyboard

When you start checking for open areas, a keyboard, just finished the announcements about what is open, and while the client has no force arming presses, stops the vocal part while completely extinguished the green led, but still as contact onmouseoutbecause there may be armed and to disarm (the data to the central unit antalasontai normally - the bus runs).
What may be to blame? The keyboard or any arrangement in comfort

After a few seconds stops the vocal section of the keyboard and turns off the green light. The contact center is normally that the customer can disarm or arm, but now a green light and vocals. When returning disarm the vocal part and the green light is permanently on.
