The Alarm Type 17 (System Disarmed) can have its dial-out enabled by checking the Dialout box in Comfigurator.
This is often used to dial to a Central Monitoring System (CMS) when the system is disarmed. Similarly Alarm Type 19 can be set to dial out when the system is armed
CMS phone numbers can be assigned to Phones 1 and 2, out of the 8 telephone numbers which Comfort can dial to
Sometimes the CMS requires the system to send its signal only when disarmed after an alarm, and not for every disarm (perhaps due to its charges)
This can be handled by Comfort. Dont check the dialout box for Alarm Type 17 (System Disarmed), but check the boxes for Phone 1 (and 2 for 2nd CMS). Comfort automatically enables dial out to programmed phones when it is disarmed after an alarm, even when the dial out box is not checked
