we have a situation here, we can't solve
our system is ULT 5.145, UCM05 5.164, we was upgrading firmware for ULT 5.183
our engineer did follow the step ( as it wasn't the first time for him)
but as he reported :
-connect ucm/serial to ultra board and Pc.
-switch comfort off ( no battery )
-connect programming cable to pp1 on mpu01
-connect the other ends to ucm ( pp1 , pp3 )
-switch comfort on
-comfigrator , transfer , firmware download
-navigate firmware ult 5.183 ( .cbf )
-message :
1-firmware for controller type 254 v5.183.cbf will be upgraded ( ok )
2-error download
when we tried again, the attached message appear "product number or type doesn't match"
and error msg on the keypad "keypad appear message " ID#1 VER 1.08r "
