Comfigurator 3.19  can be downloaded  at http://www.cytech-technology.com/temp/software/Comfigurator3.1.9.zip

Note that this has now been replaced by Comfogurator 3.2.4 http://www.comfortforums.com/forum20/2030.html

New Features
  1. Enhancement to Zwave Configurator to support later firmware for UCM/Zwave
  2. KNX Comfigurator Comfort to KNX event 2 Arm Not Ready changed from 1 Byte to 1 bit object
  3. KNX Configurator Comfort to KNX added event 27 Arm Not Ready 1 Byte object.
  4. KNX Configurator KNX to Comfort added Type for Virtual Input (for testing only).
  5. KNX Monitor Mode shows the meaning of the telegram rather than the raw telegram.
Bugs Fixed
Note that most of these apply to older versions of Comfigurator as well
  1. Read from Comfort did not populate the Modules Tab.
  2. Reading from Comfort without "Keep Names" showed will show "Invalid UCM Number" errors in Responses concerning any UCM/KNX, UCM/Cbus or other external UCMs.  This was related to the previous bug listed here.
  3. In KNX Configurator, Monitor Mode does not work if the UCM number 1 is blank. This happens if a UCM which is not ID1 is used to connect to Comfort to do Monitor mode, but there is no UCM with ID=1 in the system.
  4. If any letter in a  Response Name was changed from Capital to lowercase or vice versa, a Duplicate Name Error resulted.
Known Issues
  1. For Phone Numbers to Dial out, CMS Phone Types are valid for Phones 1 and 2 only. Comfigurator allows CMS to be assigned to Phones 3 to 8 but this should be avoided. This is not a new issue, ie it has been this way since Comfigurator 2, but will be fixed in the next version
  2. Zwave Configurator Counter assignments are not displayed correctly
  3. USB Port in Options > Connections: the USB serial port on the screen is not refreshed if the USB port is plugged in when the screen is showing. The screen should be closed before going back to detect the USB serila number
  4. IR Learner Utility in Windows 7 is not able to save the learned IFR file, see topic at http://www.comfortforums.com/view_topic.php?id=1827&forum_id=20
  5. Velbus VMB4PD 8 button switch is limited to 4 buttons
  6. Velbus Configurator Learn Mode is limited to about 42 Channels, resulting in "EEPROM Read Error"
  7. In Velbus Configurator, Learn Mode deletes the previously assigned Counters
  8. In Velbus Configurator, Module names with invalid characters cause an Exception
  9. Velbus Configurator - SWitch Curtain Off (STOP) command was not implemennted
  10. Response Wizard for Cbus Action; if Remote Network Bridges are specified, these cannot be deleted from the action, exceot by deleting the action
  11. Invalid IFR files in the existing IFR folder may cause Comfigurator to have an Exceotion when the program is run. To workarounf when Comfigurator has an exception when it is started, delete the IFR folder and reinstall Comfigurator
  12. IR Receive Responses - if assigned to NULL, will call Response 255 if the IR signal is received. To workaround, do not use Response Number 255
  13. When Say Word Action is the last action in the Response, Comfigurator does not append another 255 to end the Response. hence if there are exactly 8 codes in the action including the 255 to terminate the Say words action, the Response will not terminate but continue into the next Response.. This is an existing bug even for older versions of Comfigurator. To work aorund, add a dummy action after the Say Word action.
  14. When Send RS232 Action is the last action in the Response, Comfigurator does not append another 255 to end the Response. hence if there are exactly 8 codes in the action including the 255 to terminate the  action, the Response will not terminate but continue into the next Response.. This is an existing bug even for older versions of Comfigurator. To work aorund, add a dummy action after the Send RS232 action. Applies to CBUS and KNX actions

Comfigurator 3.19 is now released, as it fixes several bugs in Comfigurator 3.18 and has improved stability. Please take note of the Known issues in the original post above. Most of the known issues which relate to the Velbus Configurator for the UCM/Velbus which is not released yet.
However those who use UCM/Zwave are advised to stay with Comfigurator 3.18 due to an error in counter assignment
