Not today
We have the Universal UCM working with RFXcom to control Homeasy but we are not ready to release yet

Any news please ? What challenges do you have if there's a hold up ?
I now believe Cytech should have a Twitter account ;-)

The main challenge is testing to make sure it works well enough to release

Sorry for dragging this thread out from the depths of time.
I've been looking at the comfort system, and probably will go with it either way.
I've still not committed to the HA protocol I wish to use (I was going to go with z-wave). But having the ability to interface with rfxcom would open many doors.
Is it likely that there will be some integration into the comfort system?

I've been using Comfort RFXCom to HomeEasy type modules for some time.
It's 95% there. What we're missing is support for the ACKs from the RFXCom module which makes is less than 100% reliable.
No idea if Cytech are going to put any effort into resolving that tho.

rfxcom have firmware for XPL which allows send and receive to the same port, but using UDP instead of TCP/IP
The documentation for XPL can be downloaded from http://www.rfxcom.com/documents/RFXCOM%20implementation%20xPL.pdf
You can flash the rfxcom firmware following the instructions
We will come up with some intructions on configuring Universal UCM for UDP for sending commands to this device

That sounds great - and would probably overcome the issues. Looking forward to seeing the instructions to test

There is a problem wth the 2 way interface require UDP protocol which exceeed the limit of the buffer size on the UCM/Universal

Sorry, we are not proceeding further at the moment due to limitations of the buffer size of the ethernet module
