1. Comfigurator 3 requires the .NET 2.0 Framework Service Pack 2  (for XP). If this upgrade has not been installed, an exception will appear when you run the program. This new version checks the PC for the update and gives a message to do the update from a link to the Microsoft website download page. See Known Issues for a problem in Vista installation
   
2. CMS Dial test Action was removed as it is not used
3. Portuguese ccl files can be converted to Comfigurator 3
   

1. Conversion of file from .ccl to .cclx with Concatenate CBus checked resulted in the field being unchecked
2. In Sunrise/Sunset Times, any changes in the Location or country/city are not written to Comfort in Selective Write when Sunrise/Sunset Times checkbox is selected. A full Write must be selected
3. In Sunrise/Sunset Times, if the Location/Country/City is not selected and there is a full Write to Comfort, Daylight savings offset of 60 minutes was written to Comfort. To prevent this, always select a Location or City
   
4. When writing File System 31 (Comfort II OPT), every zone was automatically announced when opened.
5. In Dynalite Actions, the Preset number incremented each time the Response is saved
6. "Use Configuration Connection" Settings was not working correctly
7. Dynalite Recall Preset Action caused exception
8. When a cclx file is double-clicked to open it, Comfigurator opens behind the folder window (minor issue)
9. When a second instance of Comfigurator is opened while a first instance has not been saved, the message saying "the (1st file) has been recovered" This means that the contents of the first file being worked on was recovered

1. Telecoms > Answering > Mailbox Phone Assignments are not written to Comfort
2. In Security > CMS, if the Account Code is less than 6 digits, the leading digits 00 are added. eg 4567 becomes 004567, but this is unimportant as Comfort sends 4 digits only to the CMS.
   
3. In KNX Configurator, Main Groups > 0 are not mapped correctly to Comfort. Only Main Group = 0 can be specified in KNX to Comfort and Comfort to KNX tabs.
   
4. In KNX Comfigurator, after Reset to Default, Read from EEPROM results in no or little data in the KNX to Comfort Tab. The 2nd time,  READ from EEPROM will work
5. In KNX Comfigurator, KNX to Comfort and Comfort to KNX, Adding Group Addresses. When Adding a group address, if the Main Group that you wish to select is NOT on the list, work around by leaving the Main Group and selecting the Sub Group first, then Mid group and then the Main Group last of all.
   
6. Installation in Vista will not work if .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is not installed. The Installation will prompt for the downloading of .NET 2.0 Framework SP2, but this is not applicable to Vista. To work around, exit the installation and download .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 from  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ab99342f-5d1a-413d-8319-81da479ab0d7&displaylang=en Install Comfigurator 3.1.0 after the update is completed
