Hi,

Noticed last night that one of our 3 keypads seemed to have a problem with the display.

It it showing all the character blocks filled (as in Black). It seemed to randomly fade out to show the text that should be there and then after a few seconds goes black again. The backlight works as normal as well as all other functions on the keypad.

The other keypads are not showing the same issues.

Just got home now and it looks to be OK though.

Is this anything to worry about? Has anyone seen something similar?

Hi,

It is still happening, but now it is mostly black - haven't noticed it fading out to normal text when I remember to check. Please check the image below.

Check the sixth block in. You can see the middle bottom pixel of the first row and the second pixel down on the second row look to be a blue color off. When actually looking at the screen, those pixels are actually off.

As I said before all other function on this and else where work without issues.

It looks like a faulty LCD. Please send back foro repair
