Hi,
On a job where the house has been it by a lightning strike. Since then there has been a low battry warning from slave2 and a comms failure from D/S 02
THe battry seems to be trigging the low battry alarm then restoring straight away. There is nothing wrong with the battry.

the DMo2 is also connected to slave 2 and seems to be working fine now i have reset the system.
System has been in for six monthes with no problems.
UltraII 5.145 Slave 2 is 5.100
3 slaves, 2x DM02.
Any ideas where the fault could be?

It looks like something in the Slave was damaged by the lightning. It seems to be not detecting the battery voltage correctly
Can you confirm by replacing the slave?
Or since you have 2 slaves swop the addresses gto confirm if it is Slave #2

I have swapped slave 2 with slave 3 but there is no faults at the moment so we will moniter.
Also the log shows it was dialling out for engineer sign in(30). the alarm type was set not to dial out (default) I have downlaoded the config and it doesn't seem to be now.

The lighting strike must have given your Comfort temporary insanity, but it still survived which shows how sturdy it is
