My Comfort II lost its vocab some time ago.  When I try to download the vocab (Kate28) I get an error message stating "Invalid response".  Monitoring I/O gives me the following:

Have you reset Comfort and tried the vocab download again?

Your firmware is ULT 5.113. You can do an upgrade to 5.145, see firmware history in the forum http://www.comfortforums.com/forum60/1195.html
There is an improvement in Vocab download 
If possible upgrade your ucm firmware to 5.174 using the firmware file from http://www.cytech.biz/Default.aspx?cmd=sQ0OYE9X66w%2b0P%2bAcFsmAI3j73Rwtfrj&fileid=177&dcid=1&pageindex=
However you need another UCM05 to upgrade the UCM05. If you do not have 2 UCMs, just upgrade the ULT firmware and try again

Also Please note the Vocabulary Upgrading will erase all Messages, Greeting message, recorded Names, Reminder Messages, and Alarm Voice messages on Comfort.
