Instead of setting your PIR bathroom as DoorWindow zone type, I suggest that you set your PIR bathroom as PIRAway (activated only in Away mode) or PIRNightAway (activated in Night and Away) zone type.
If it is set as DoorWindow zone type and the system is armed to day mode (in which there are still people inside the house) and somebody walks into the bathroom, the PIR will sense a movement and will trigger the intruder alarm.

The group addresses on C-bus are mapped into Comfort's Counter ranging from number 0 to 254.

For turning on a specific group address upon activation of PIR, create a response under Zone 6 On Response (in Comfigurator > Security > Zones/Inputs) with the following actions:

   CBUS On 2 12
Do Address12Off [turn off group address 12] After 2 Seconds Using Timer01

where the actions for "Address12Off" response would be:

   CBUS Off 2 12

In the example above, triggering of the PIR will turn on group address 12 (2 is the UCM/Cbus ID) and then will call another response (Address12Off) to turn it off after 2 seconds.

If you do not have a keypad, then are you using the MinderPro as an alarm system? Presumably not because you need a keypad in order to arm, disarm and hear or see the open zones when you want to arm the system. You may have a keypad emulation on CTouch but that is not battery backed up so it has limitations as a proper alarm keypad. Disarming from a Cbus switch is not a good practice because of the security risk. If the alarm side is not important and there is no chance of break-in in the house, then that may not be a problem. I suggest that you add at leat one keypad to provide better security It does not cost much but can prevent many problems in security

You can upload and download without pressing F0 by going to Transfer>  System Information to open the Monitor I/O window
Then in the window type DA5C01. This enables Engineer Menu. You can nopw do an upload/download without ptressing F0, just enter Engineer code

I am agraid I cant work out the rest of your questions. Can you put in some puntuation please.

Engineer code is 6789 default
Ignore the F0 key and enter 6789 as the engineer code

No it is no use to reinstall Comfigurator

Step by step again
  1. Transfer > Monitor I/O - check this
  2. Do Transfer > System Information
  3. The system will ask for a user sign in
  4. The Monitor I/O window will open and the system information is displayed
  5. In the Monitor I/O window, type DA5C01.  You should get a reply RA..
  6. Now do the Transfer PC > Comfort.
  7. The screen says Press F0 and Enter Engineer Code
  8. Enter 6789 and press OK
  9. The transfer should start
If anything does not work describe the response at each step what did not happen

In reality Comfort was actually designed to work with a keypad not without it. You will encounter many other problems if you do not have one so be forewarned.  I advise you again to get a keypad. It is essential for a security system not optional

regards

You missed out the letter "C" on the Tx command, it should be:
      Tx: <STX>DA5C01<CR>
