Is there anyway to turn of or dim the LEDs on specific keypads? Apart from the physical?
I have a client that has a keypad in the bedroom finds the LEDs to bright at night. This is made worse if the LEDs are flashing. Could the LEDs be programmed to only come on for so many seconds after a button press for example?
Otherwise snips or tape will have to surfice.

The LEDs are not dimmable unfortunatelty
You can make use of the Show Alarms checkbox in Modules > Configuration
If unchecked all indications including LCD display and leds will not be shown until the user signs in

That would be fine but that is a global setting, can this be set for a specific pad?

That is a global setting and cannot be set individually for each keypad
One solution is to use pre-EN50131 keypads which dont implement this feature for the other keypads
You can order such a keypad with a comment non-EN50131
