i would like to clarify an installation aspect concern Sensors (not PIR ) with PNP output NO or NC it is lightgrids and photo sensor for Extra security purposes, which it produce 12V on output when it activate. so how we connected to input channels?

i guess if not then we will use buffer relay to zone input, but if else it will be better not adding buffer instruments.

You should connect relays to the 12V outputs so that only the relay contacts are connected to the inputs. Voltages cannot be connected directly to Comfort Inputs
