Firmware upgrades should not affect the recorded messages, but Vocabulary upgrade will erase them

Sorry, no way of loading recordings into the system. They need to be recorded, due to the limitations of the semiconductor device Firmware upgrades should not affect the recorded messages, but Vocabulary upgrade will erase them
