In fact, Comfort will dial the next number when the call is not acknowledged, it does not redial 1 number 5 times, the next number 5 times etc. as that would be quite silly behaviour which Comfort has never been subject to. It will redial the first number only if it has tried  to dial all the other numbers which are programmed.

Also, Comfort will also start talking when it gets a DTMF tone. Only # will end the call. * means it wil wait for the user code and # key. Other keys will cause it to repeat the message. Recording the # key is a new idea which was prompted by  your question, and it should be a good solution for others who face this problem.

Thanks for your support of Comfort, whether as mi-Guardz or by any other name. We will continue developng and supporting it. However be aware the name mi-Guardz may possibly be used for other products not made by Cytech in future, so please ask your friends to check with the supplier before they buy in future
