Yeah, that's a great idea. Actually the reason i ask such question is that a lot of the Alarm system in the market that i bump to actually require user to press any button on the mobile in order to hear the alarm message. But in Comfort, user just could simply say 'hello' and the system will play the alarm message. Both form of responce (pressing a button or say 'hello') require a human to do so, therefore can be accept as a valid acknowledgement for the system.

However, in comfort, system will 'flood' the voice menu if the phone is off (thingking that the mobile voice message as a user's voice acknowledgement). While in other alarm, the system can actually start dialing to the second number (since phone #1 do not responce with a tone). It might be good if comfort can be program :

1) to responce / start 'talking' after detecting voice or DTMF tone (pressing of a button) since both can consider as a valid human acknowledgement.

2) that dial-out can be program in a different manner. Call phone # 1 once, no responce, then call phone # 2 once, no responce, then call to phone # 3... and so on (the action can be a continious loop for a few rounds). Rather than call phone #1 for 5 times, no responce, then call phone # 2 for 5 times, no responce... and so on. Can this be done?

However, for your information, i've been using Comfort (mi-Guardz in malaysia) for 3 years now and still i have high respect for this system. It's the most reliable system I known so far and I have recommanded to 4 of my friends. We are very happy with the system. Keep up the good work guys!
