We now have a RS232/M with a male DB9 connector which can be used for connection to the Rs232 connector of 3rd party products which would have a female DB9 connector. This is convenient as it allows a straight through DB9 male to female cable/connector to be used to connect the UCM/universal with the 3rd party device.
The Plug in board RS232M is shown in the picture
