If required, the USB Drivers can be found in the USB Drivers folder in the Comfigurator program folder, eg Program FilesCytechComfigurator 3USB Drivers
The new version of the USB Drivers which is compatible with Windows 7 as well as XP and Vista can be downloaded from here
The UCM Manual has also been updated
Problems with the UCM/USB not able to communicate with the PC are normally due to an outdated USB driver which has been installed previously. See forum topic at http://www.comfortforums.com/view_topic.php?id=2431&forum_id=73
