You cannot tell the Slave Firmware except by reading the label at present In future, new firmware will allow the Slave firmware to be scanned and kept in General Information The compatibility between different versions of Slave abd Comfort can be found in http://www.cytech.biz/Default.aspx?cmd=sQ0OYE9X66w%2b0P%2bAcFsmAI3j73Rwtfrj&fileid=212&dcid=8&pageindex= Is it a permanent zone trouble, or an intermittent one. This could be due to wiring (perhaps only one of KA or KB are connected) and is it on all zones on the slave which means the slave is faulty or KA/KB are not connected
