Dear Mr Chiu, I have now tested this throughly and have concluded that my comfort is defective. I have once again tested the voltage on the SRN- and SRN+ and found this to be 0v when the siren is meant to be off and just 0.05v when the siren is meant to be on. (this I tested by using the siren test option from the keypad). I also tried to select the reverse siren option on configurator and even then the highest volatge registered was 0.05v. I have contacted Cequra directly and advised them of how the LEDs were flashing on the bell box and they told me that normally this indicates a power problem. I am told that either the transformer or the Comfort itself is defective. Just my luck! - but at least this happened to me and no one of my clients.
